At AfroStyleFashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item includes all original packaging and tags

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or tailored clothing
  • Measurement-based orders
  • Worn or used items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)

Custom orders are produced specifically for you; therefore, they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.


3. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges instead of refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size received (for ready-to-wear items only)
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Wrong item delivered

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs unless the error was from our side.


4. Refunds

Refunds are approved only when:

  • A returned item passes inspection
  • The product is confirmed defective or incorrect
  • We are unable to provide a replacement

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except when the mistake is ours.


5. Custom & Tailored Orders

For custom-made clothing:

  • Accurate measurements are the customer’s responsibility
  • Minor adjustments may be recommended instead of refunds
  • Refunds are only provided if there is a confirmed production error

We strongly recommend double-checking measurements before submitting.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours
  2. Provide photos or videos as proof
  3. Wait for return instructions before shipping

Failure to notify within this timeframe may affect eligibility.


7. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong product was sent
  • The error was made by AfroStyleFashion

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only if:

  • Production has not started
  • The item has not been shipped

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Allow processing time
